Deallus is hiring Manager and Senior Manager roles for its newly established India operations. The roles serve as client leads, managing regional accounts, client relationships, business development, project scoping and pricing, complex strategic projects, internal teams, deliverables, budgets, risks, and people development. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant experience for the Manager level and 10 years for the Senior Manager level, along with life sciences or pharmaceutical consulting experience, leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurology, vaccines, immunology, cell and gene therapy, or rare disease.
