Description
Beam Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager, Process and Cleaning Validation to lead validation programs, strategies, project plans, protocols, reports, risk assessments, acceptance criteria, regulatory submissions, inspection preparation, training, and cGMP documentation for process and cleaning validation. The role will support Stage 2 process validation projects, manage 3–5 direct reports, and lead cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field and at least 8 years of biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience are required, with LNP, regulatory, equipment, analytical, statistical, and Smartsheets experience preferred. The role requires travel of up to 25% and offers a full-time base salary of $130,000–$190,000 USD.
