Description
Genezen is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, Quality Control to provide technical and operational leadership for GMP quality control laboratory activities supporting viral vector programs. The role oversees in-process, release, stability, environmental monitoring, microbiological, and other testing; laboratory investigations, CAPAs, quality systems, equipment and systems governance, data integrity, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and cross-functional client support. It also leads and develops QC personnel and requires a BS in a relevant science field, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and 5–8 years of progressive quality control experience in biopharma or CDMO environments. The position is based in Fishers, Indiana or Lexington, Massachusetts, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
