D-Wave is hiring a Manager, Service to lead the Service team within its Hardware Engineering Department. The role oversees the integration, installation, monitoring, maintenance, servicing, reliability, and continuous improvement of quantum computing systems, while developing service policies, managing customer and vendor relationships, and leading a multidisciplinary team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or a related discipline, at least 10 years of experience supporting complex electromechanical systems, and experience leading technical teams. It includes a rotating on-call schedule, up to 10% travel across North America and Europe, and a base pay range of 182,000–250,000 CAD per year in Burnaby.
