Klaver Klimaattechniek is hiring a Manager for its Service, Maintenance, and Small Construction departments. The role leads approximately 40 employees, oversees fault repairs, maintenance, scheduling, capacity, safety, quality, customer relationships, budgets, and departmental performance, while also supporting organizational growth. Candidates should have experience managing multiple teams or departments of 30–50 people, industry knowledge, strong Dutch, a category B driving licence, and live within a 30 km radius.
