Description
Diligent is hiring a Manager, Services to lead its Professional Services team. The role manages resource allocation and utilization across regions, oversees service quality and customer delivery, coaches and develops employees, supports recruitment and retention, leads internal improvement initiatives, refines training to increase product adoption, and manages escalations and cross-functional collaboration. Success is measured through utilization, SLAs, CSAT/quality, and timely timesheet submission. The position follows a hybrid work model, with at least 50% onsite work for employees within commuting distance of a Diligent office.
