Description
Carnival Cruise Line is hiring a Manager, Shipboard L&D Operations to oversee fleet-wide Learning & Development operational processes, quality assurance, STCW training execution, Learning Resource Center readiness, training planning, and the shipboard L&D workforce lifecycle. The role partners with Fleet L&D Managers, shipboard and shoreside HR teams, and other stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into practical shipboard solutions. It is a shoreside, in-office position based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, prior shipboard experience in L&D, HR, or operational leadership, and U.S. work authorization or eligibility for employer-sponsored authorization.
