Description
The SIOP Manager will manage and continuously improve Club Car’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process, coordinating the monthly planning cycle and aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity, supply, inventory, and production resources. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to support demand and supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, new product introductions, risk identification, and cross-functional execution. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of supply chain, production, inventory, scheduling, or SIOP experience are required; APICS certification and manufacturing industry experience are preferred. The position involves periodic stooping, bending, walking, standing, occasional lifting, and work around moving parts or vehicles requiring personal protective equipment.
