Description
The Clinical Trial Contracts Manager will manage personnel, training, and administrative matters for assigned clinical studies while drafting, negotiating, executing, tracking, and filing confidentiality agreements, clinical trial agreements, prospective-client agreements, and vendor contracts. The role also supports regulatory documentation, study budgets, and consultant agreements, requires an associate degree, and requires at least five years of experience in clinical site contract processing or management.
