KNAPP is hiring a Site Operations Manager to lead on-site maintenance and operations for automated storage and retrieval systems, storage and picking systems, and material-handling equipment at customer locations. Reporting to the Director RBS Operations, the role manages a resident site team, budgets, SLAs, safety, training, escalations, suppliers, and customer relationships while overseeing reactive repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and service improvements. The position requires U.S. work authorization, occasional travel, weekend or overtime work, and the ability to perform physical site tasks.
