Description
The Cloud Operations Manager will lead and mature AWS cloud operations for production and non-production environments, providing hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure, applications, monitoring, security, deployments, maintenance, and incident response. The role owns operational readiness, on-call rotations, availability, reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and customer support teams and mentoring operational staff.
