Description
Sabre is hiring a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering in Kraków on a hybrid schedule requiring three office days per week. The role leads and develops an SRE team responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, performance, and operational excellence of Sabre Web Services, including its API gateway and connectivity infrastructure. Responsibilities include setting reliability targets and SLOs, incident response and postmortems, risk mitigation, cloud modernization, automation, AI-enabled operations, and platform engineering. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related field, at least 2 years of people leadership, experience with large-scale distributed cloud systems, and knowledge of observability and reliability practices; Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native architecture are preferred.
