Description
SolarWinds is hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager in Kraków to lead a hands-on frontline team responsible for cloud infrastructure, platform automation, infrastructure as code, operational readiness, service reliability, observability, and customer experience. The role combines people leadership with technical direction, including roadmap planning, incident response, automation, hiring, and continuous improvement. It requires 7+ years of SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related experience, 2+ years of people management or technical team leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
