ispace is hiring a Manager, Software & Simulation Test Design to lead multidisciplinary software teams developing flight, ground, mission operations, automated test, and simulation software for lunar landers, spacecraft, and satellite platforms. The role oversees software architecture, integration, deployment, HIL and CIL test environments, CI/CD, agile delivery, quality practices, and engineering leadership, while partnering with systems, avionics, hardware, and mission operations teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, at least 3 years of engineering management or technical leadership, and hands-on experience with aerospace software tools and real-time embedded systems.
