The role combines coaching and trust-based people leadership with long-term technology and capability development, collaboration across Saab sites, and balancing operational delivery with strategic development. Candidates should have experience in software development organizations, agile or modern engineering practices, and preferably a university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field; security vetting is required.
