Description
The Manager, Software Development will oversee the design and implementation of significant technical projects for the Prime Video Payments team, leading 1–2 teams of Software Engineers and QAEs. The role manages project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributes to architecture and engineering strategy, owns operational metrics, leads design and code reviews, mentors engineers, and drives software engineering best practices across teams. The position requires at least seven years of engineering experience, three years of engineering team management experience, and eight years of experience leading multi-tier web services development.
