H2O.ai is hiring a Manager of Software Development based in Sri Lanka to lead and scale engineering efforts for scalable, data-intensive AI applications. The role combines technical leadership with people management, including hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and career development, while also contributing to the design, development, deployment, testing, and debugging of applications using technologies such as Kubernetes, Go, Python, Protobuf, gRPC, REST APIs, Kafka, Helm, and microservices. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software development experience, and 2–3 years in engineering leadership or management.
