Description
The Manager, Cloud Services will provide senior leadership to a distributed team of system integration consultants, set strategic direction, resolve complex EDI and integration issues, and define training, processes, and tools. The role partners with Systems Integration teams, oversees quality and governance, mentors consultants, and guides the adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. It requires strong executive communication, hands-on integration-platform experience, deep A2A/B2B and EDI expertise, and at least seven years of customer-facing experience.
