Amazon is seeking a Database Services Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team behind a new caching service for AWS. The role owns the design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale distributed database and caching systems, while also mentoring engineers, partnering with product and program management, contributing to technical and business strategy, and helping hire and develop talent. The position requires engineering and team-management experience, experience with multi-tier web services, and experience partnering with product and program management teams.
