Description
OpenText is hiring a Development Manager to lead engineering leadership and delivery ownership for modernizing a monolithic .NET application into containerized .NET 8+ microservices on Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform. The role owns the migration roadmap, manages staffing and delivery for the Backend/Platform team, coordinates with Product, Architecture, QA, and Frontend teams, and drives engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, and DevSecOps. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, at least 10 years of engineering experience including 3 years in engineering management, hands-on .NET development experience, and production Kubernetes experience.
