Description
Vention is hiring a Manager of Simulation to lead the design and implementation of 3D simulation features and workflows for autonomous machine design, validation, and visualization. The role manages four or more direct reports, coordinates agile software development, collaborates with Product Managers, and develops robust simulation and physics-based applications using TypeScript, C++, and Python. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, at least 10 years of software development experience, and at least 3 years of leadership experience, along with experience in game engines, physics-based simulation, 3D graphics rendering, legacy code modernization, and automated testing.
