L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering (Linux Cyber Security) in Waco, Texas on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads a team of 6 to 14 engineers responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining software products, while managing resources, risks, staffing, technical issues, and program execution. The manager will also perform Control Account Manager duties and partner with cross-functional teams and program leadership. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering with at least nine years of related experience, or equivalent experience and education, plus experience with defense, aerospace, or government customers and Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software toolchain practices.
