L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering in Waco, Texas on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads a team of 6 to 14 software engineers, manages software product development through design, integration, testing, and sustainment, coordinates with cross-functional and program leadership, and performs Control Account Manager duties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering with at least nine years of related experience, or equivalent experience and education, along with experience supporting defense, aerospace, or government customers and familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern software toolchains.
