Description
The Manager, Software Engineer, BE&O will lead a team of software engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating full-stack applications, APIs, data processing capabilities, and analytics platform services. The role combines people leadership—hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning—with technical leadership across architecture, design reviews, code reviews, delivery planning, and hands-on execution. The manager will partner with product, data, security, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions using modern technologies.
