L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering for its ForceX business in Nashville, Tennessee. The role leads approximately 15 engineers, manages engineering initiatives and project delivery, recruits and develops talent, maintains technical standards, and contributes hands-on to software development, testing, and problem-solving. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, at least nine years of relevant experience, formal management experience, extensive engineering and software development experience, Agile knowledge, lifecycle tool-chain experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
