Affirm is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Consumer team to lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for consumer-facing mobile, web, and future consumer experiences. The role owns technical strategy, roadmaps, architecture, quality, reliability, incident response, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Analytics, and other engineering teams. Candidates need 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams, along with modern full-stack and consumer-facing software experience. The position is remote-first, with base pay of $230,000–$290,000 per year in California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and $204,000–$264,000 per year in other U.S. states.
