The role manages engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps and architecture, oversees secure and scalable POS software, cloud and DevOps practices, testing, release management, production support, and engineering culture. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, 12+ years of software engineering experience, and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, along with expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern software delivery.
