Description
Accela is hiring a Manager, Engineering Development to lead and coordinate one or more product development teams supporting a Java and .NET SaaS platform. The role manages software delivery, Jira-based work, resource and capacity planning, cross-functional dependencies, development roadmaps, quality assurance, and AI-driven engineering practices, while providing technical leadership and coaching. The position requires at least three years of software development team management experience, knowledge of Java and/or .NET and modern CI/CD practices, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence. The full-time role offers an annual base salary of $150,000-$185,000, a discretionary annual bonus target, and comprehensive benefits, and is marked remote.
