Description
The Hands‑On Technical Manager will lead an engineering team technically and organizationally while remaining actively involved in system design, architecture, code reviews, complex problem-solving, and production delivery. The role owns technical strategy, full-stack solutions, secure and scalable software systems, Agile delivery, engineering quality, and the development of engineers and technical leads. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of hands-on software development and system design experience, prior engineering or technical management experience, and expertise across Angular, .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, microservices, GraphQL, GitLab, OpenSearch, testing, CI/CD, and related technologies.
