BlackLine is hiring a founding Manager, Software Engineering for its new Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineering team in Krakow. The role will build and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering team, establish a Snowflake data platform using Microsoft Fabric, deliver Power BI analytics, and lead the development of agentic AI experiences for risk analysis, credit management, cash allocation, and disputes and deductions. The manager will also coach engineers, manage delivery and capacity, set engineering standards, and collaborate with product and senior stakeholders. The role requires experience leading SaaS engineering teams, data engineering and analytics, application engineering, and agentic AI, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring office attendance at least three days per week.
