Description
ButterflyMX is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and mentor engineers building software for property access, operations, and security. The role partners with Product, Design, and Engineering Leads; sets team goals and roadmaps; adapts Agile processes; improves software reliability; manages performance and hiring; and promotes engineering standards. The position requires extensive TypeScript and JavaScript development experience, CI/CD, API and database work, cloud and Docker experience, security, computer vision, GraphQL, and IoT familiarity. The expected base salary is $190,000-$230,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
