The role leads a team of software engineers building and improving large-scale ad serving software that powers DSPs and processes billions of auctions and trillions of transactions, with responsibility for technical direction, team growth, code review, delivery, and operational improvements. The position emphasizes strong communication, leadership, software development expertise, cloud and distributed systems experience, SQL, monitoring tools, and collaboration across remote locations and time zones.
