CoStar Group is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering in Richmond, Virginia, to provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for software products and platforms. The role leads and mentors engineering teams, guides architecture and code quality, coordinates projects, and champions AI-assisted development, observability, automation, and responsible AI adoption.
