CoStar Group is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering in Richmond, Virginia, to provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for software products and platforms. The role leads and mentors engineering teams, guides architecture and code quality, coordinates projects, and champions AI-assisted development, observability, automation, and responsible AI adoption. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of software engineering experience, and at least two years of engineering leadership experience, with a Monday–Thursday office schedule and Friday remote-work option. The position offers a base salary of $182,000–$235,000 annually and does not provide visa sponsorship.
