The role focuses on designing and implementing core financial products, improving business metrics, guiding technical execution, recruiting and mentoring engineers, and managing cross-functional delivery. The position is based in Bengaluru with two office days per week and requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of software engineering experience, and two or more years leading a smaller team.
