Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead software engineers, development teams, offshore contractors, consultants, and interns; drive software development lifecycle activities; manage delivery, resources, budgets, and operational planning; and support talent development and succession planning. The role requires software development and team-management experience, database and data-modeling expertise, offshore technical proposal review experience, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of AI tools improving engineering productivity.
