Description
The Manager, Software Engineering will lead a dedicated engineering team delivering a multi-track product roadmap, manage budgets and resources, recruit and develop engineers, and own planning, scheduling, execution, quality, and risk for medium-to-large projects. The role collaborates with product managers and senior management, advocates for customer needs, and improves software development and deployment processes. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience with prior leadership responsibilities, strong programming and software development knowledge, and preferably experience with Go/Golang and AWS.
