Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead its Data Infrastructure team. The role manages engineers, defines the technical roadmap, oversees large-scale data systems and pipelines, establishes data quality and reliability practices, leads cross-functional initiatives, and supports operational excellence, incident management, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of software, data, or infrastructure engineering experience, at least two years leading engineering teams, and hands-on experience with distributed systems, modern data technologies, programming, cloud environments, and system reliability.
