Description
Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the development of scalable data platforms, backend systems, and data pipelines for Portfolio Intelligence products. The role will initially manage Data Engineering contractors while providing technical leadership across architecture, delivery, engineering excellence, code reviews, and modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development. The manager will also help build a blended organization of full-time and contingent engineers and support technical roadmaps, risk management, and engineering metrics.
