Description
The Manager, Software Engineering role is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions, including defining requirements for applications and customizations. The manager will supervise and coach at least two engineering teams, recruit talent, manage budgets and forecasting, drive engineering productivity and quality, and lead technical strategy across applications, systems, and software-development methodologies. The role requires experience managing small-scale development organizations, secure coding, application development, debugging, architecture, release automation, testing, and performance testing.
