Description
The Manager, Software Engineering will lead a group of developers and coordinate development and production activities for custom applications and integration solutions. The role manages the development lifecycle, supervises and develops employees, allocates resources and budgets, collaborates with IT and functional teams, manages project risks, and contributes to technology strategy and software selection. The position requires at least two years of management or team-lead experience, five or more years of application development experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, conflict-resolution, and change-influence skills; Java and JavaScript experience are a bonus.
