Q2 is hiring an Engineering Manager to own a critical US-based fraud and decisioning platform domain and lead a team of US-based engineers in a global delivery model. The role focuses on platform reliability, AI-enabled fraud detection and prevention, operational KPIs, incident response, security, scalability, and delivery predictability, while providing people leadership, coaching, hiring support, and cross-region coordination. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, two years of people management experience, production platform experience, and strong distributed-systems and observability knowledge; AI/ML integration is preferred.
