SIDN is hiring a Manager Software Engineering to lead its software engineering team and help build an international engineering organization with CIRA for the Hello Registry Platform. The role sets technical strategy and roadmaps, establishes engineering processes and governance, leads approximately 10 engineers, develops team capabilities, and ensures quality, security, reliability, and predictable delivery. It requires university-level ability, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, at least 5 years of software development leadership experience, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.
