Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead delivery, quality, team health, and production support for one or more product areas within ELERA, an AI-native development tooling and agentic platform. The role requires 5–10+ years of software development experience, including 3–10 years in leadership or management, along with a bachelor’s degree and a track record of shipping production systems at scale. The position is based near or within the Cincinnati, Ohio area, does not offer visa sponsorship, and offers a base salary of $130,000–$200,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
