Vestmark is hiring a Manager to build and lead a team of up to 12 engineers delivering AI-native wealth-management technology. The role owns delivery through a kanban-based process, translates business priorities into sequenced work, manages performance and team growth, and models AI-native development practices while partnering with a Principal Engineer. Candidates need a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least five years of software engineering experience, and at least three years of people-management experience in software engineering. The role is hybrid and offers a base salary of $155,000–$165,000 USD, with company-paid medical premiums of 90% and other variable compensation.
