Figma is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead billing, checkout, invoicing, customer lifecycle, pricing, packaging, metered billing, and subscription lifecycle management engineering efforts. The role partners with Product, Design, Accounting, Data, Marketing, and GTM; hires, manages, and develops engineering teams including staff-level engineers; and contributes to long-term roadmaps and cross-functional problem solving. The position is full-time and can be based at one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States, with an annual base salary range of $258,000 to $376,000 USD and health, dental, and vision coverage.
