The role leads software engineers, guides technical architecture and engineering practices, collaborates with product management, improves ad-serving infrastructure, reviews work, and provides training. The position requires working with remote teams across multiple time zones and may require nights, weekends, and variable schedules. Preferred qualifications include technical leadership experience, software development experience, distributed application development, cloud deployment, SQL, monitoring tools, and AWS certification. The Colorado pay range is $143,910.69 to $215,866.04.
