The role focuses on delivering engineering analysis platforms, design tools, data pipelines, and software that convert test stand telemetry and simulation results into actionable insights, while partnering with propulsion, structures, avionics, and test engineers. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, setting roadmaps, establishing engineering standards, guiding architecture, and shipping code. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, at least five years of software engineering experience across multiple production systems, proven engineering management and hiring experience, React expertise, and fluency in at least one backend language.
