Carbon Robotics is hiring a Software Engineering Manager (Frontend/Mobile) to lead and grow a team building web and mobile applications that interface with cloud services and robotic systems. The role is hands-on, involving architecture, code, execution, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, stakeholder communication, and field testing. It requires experience managing frontend and mobile engineering teams, lead-engineering capability, strong web and mobile application knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. The position is in-office five days per week and offers a base salary of $260,000–$300,000 USD plus benefits and equity.
