Description

Figma is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Growth Platform, the first engineering manager for the team. The role will build and lead the initial engineering organization, create product capabilities for growth experiments, integrate AI-driven quality and governance, guide architecture and technical decisions, and partner with marketing, growth, product, and design teams. The position is full-time and can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States, with an annual base salary range of $258,000 to $376,000 USD and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of engineering management experience building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized growth impact from small changes at 10x scale
Cross-functional experience with marketing, product, design, and data
Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a product-led growth company during multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms for non-engineering teams to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services
Familiarity with AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization and localization infrastructure
